Baby Sparks Mansfield, Ravenshead & Ollerton

Hi everyone, I’m Katie the proud owner of Baby Sparks Mansfield, Ravenshead and Ollerton!

I’m Mum to two little boys: Henry born in November 2018 and Jude born in October 2022! I’m a qualified teacher and have been teaching Key Stage 2 for 15 years. Since having my boys, I have spent a lot of time researching sensory play and ways to support a baby and toddlers development!

It was another baby class leader who recommended Baby Sparks to me and we started attending sessions when Henry was 6 weeks old! I loved: the music; the enthusiasm; the themes; the explanation behind why we were doing the different parts of the class! I was excited to join the classes again with Jude! I have loved sharing that hour of excitement with my boys! Our favourite time is the parachute and bubbles! (Jude does not stop moving during the classes!)

I knew this was the perfect opportunity when I saw the franchise for sale and I am very excited to start this new adventure with you all! I can’t wait to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe to share your experiences and emotions of being a parent. Alongside this, I hope you will engage in a stimulating and exciting sensory session which will allow a different environment to bond with your child. It will be a supportive and understanding space - we’ve all been there!

I won’t be starting until January 2024, but I can’t wait to launch classes in Ravenshead, Mansfield and Farnsfield.
